2011 Cabernet DOC Veneto, Italy
This medium bodied, harmonious wine has a distinctive aroma of red fruit, oak and subtle spice. Fruity and round on the palate, with hints of raspberry and light dusty tannins.

2011 Pinot Grigio DOC Veneto, Italy
Scented, soft and fragrant. Vivid aromas of acacia flowers, apple and pear evolve into a crisp and refreshing palate, then a fragrant finish. A beautifully poised wine of impressive personality.

2009 Gamay Syrah ‘French silk’ Vin de France
An intense, fresh nose, full of black fruit is given structure by delicate, silky tannins. The Gamay provides aromas of raspberry and redcurrant, whilst blackberry and cherry come from the Syrah grape.

2009 Merlot IGP, Languedoc, France
Youthful, fresh and velvety smooth, bursting with blackberries and blackcurrants. As if the grape had fallen from the vine into the glass!

As good as rosÄ gets! Orangy, salmon pink colour - this is a dry, slightly flowery and deliciously fruity Pinot Noir rosÄ. Aromatic red fruit on the palate leads into a dry, fruity and refreshing finish.

SPARKLING

2010 Prosecco Spumante DOC Veneto, Italy
This stylish, beautifully structured Prosecco is a fresh straw yellow in the glass - possessing a delicate, natural mousse. The nose bursts with peach, melon, apple and spring flowers. On the palate, a delicate acidity and rich white fruity leads into a dry finish.

Crisp golden yellow, with aromas of pear, citrus and flint. Full of white fruit and floral notes. This fruity, refreshing wine has a well-balanced, delicate acidity and bright, medium - dry finish.

Pretty light yellow in the glass. An elegant nose expresses white flowers (especially Hawthorn) and white fruits (especially apple). The palate is a harmonious balance between silky smoothness and refreshing acidic brightness, which strengthens and lingers on the finish.
